This week in Florida, Blue Sky and Gator Coin will have oral arguments regarding their pre-reveal software and its legality. This could lead to new case law for Florida regarding the industry and we wish Gator Coin and Blue Sky the absolute best.

This event will take place Tuesday, July 17th at the First District Court of Appeals in Tallahassee, FL in courtroom one on the third floor after 9:00am.

As a recap, about a year ago Blue Sky and Gator Coin sued a Florida department in defense of their software's legality. Keep in mind the software in use had a mandatory preview feature. They originally won in court, then Judge Cooper reversed his ruling shortly thereafter saying the games were illegal. This week is when both sides flush out their oral arguments with 15 minutes for each side. Regardless of the final decision, this Tuesday should be a game changer.
